We combine practical orientation with an ambitious theoretical approach to the field of media and communication research since 1996. We operate on external funding from a number of national and international funding organizations and various ministries in Finland. Through our research, development and lifelong learning projects we have a strong linkage with journalism, media and communication professionals.
We are located at the Faculty of Communication Sciences at the University of Tampere in Finland.
