TAPRI is a part of the Jean Monnet project “Through Their Eyes: Perceptions of the EU in the Maghreb and Western Balkans” coordinated by the University of Perugia. The interdisciplinary project focuses on the image of the EU as a model of democracy and regional integration; perceptions of EU development cooperation policy and perceptions of EU migration policy in the Maghreb and the countries of the Western Balkans.
The kick-off event of the project is on the 9th of December in Perugia where TAPRI is represented by emeritus professor Tuomo Melasuo, who is a part of a roundtable discussion titled “Le relazioni dell’UE con i paesi del Maghreb e dei Balcani occidentali”. See the program of the event here.
