Dinnostutaan! toolbox – Tools for Promoting Well-being, Productivity and Renewal

Dinnostutaan! toolkit for promoting wellbeing at work, productivity and renewal was the result of a multi-disciplinary three-year (2012-2014) Dinno research program (Dialogic Leadership Promoting Innovativeness), whereby dialogue was looked at as a factor in productivity, quality of work life and innovation. The project invented a development concept and a toolbox for work communities, supervisors and other experts based on research and development results of Dinno. The tools enables locating, promoting, deepening and learning about dialogue, collaboration, performance and renewal in the workplace. Tools and methods have been developed to make use of the everyday encounters of work such as meetings, development discussions and development events.
