Global and local challenges of work -seminar & article development

We welcome you to Work Research Centre's theme seminar day on Wednesday April 24th!

We are honored to have Associate Professor of Economic and Labour Sociology Lidia Greco, from the University of Bari, Italy as a guest speaker and as a host of an article development session on Wednesday April 24th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m at Linna (Tampere University, City Campus). The event will be held in English.

Assoc. prof. Lidia Greco focuses primarily on the fields of territorial (regional/urban) and industrial change. Currently, she is concentrating on the transition processes in manufacturing due to decarbonization and environment/labour conflicts.

The seminar day is split into two parts, of which the first concentrates on Greco’s seminar/lecture. The second part, hosted by Greco, focuses on developing the participants’ in process -articles. If you wish to have your article developed in the session, please note it in the registration form (link below). We particularly encourage doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers to take advantage of this opportunity.
