At the core of this research stream is the ever-evolving digital transformation, which not only changes the ways of working but also restructures labor markets and, through evolving skill requirements, the relationship between work and education. In the context of the climate crisis, these changes partly take on a dual transition nature; alongside technological upheaval, transitioning to carbon-free production also brings new challenges to working life.
