Asukaskyselyn seurantatutkimus: Robottibussia koskevien käsitysten ja kokemusten arviointi
Tämä tutkimus toteutetaan osana EU:n rahoittamaa metaCCAZE-hanketta (https://www.metaccaze-project.eu/), jonka tavoitteena on vauhdittaa älykkäiden, sähköisten ja automatisoitujen liikkumisratkaisujen käyttöönottoa liikenteen päästöjen vähentämiseksi. Tampereella hankkeessa pilotoidaan autonomista joukkoliikennettä sähköisillä robottibusseilla.
Robottibussi on liikennöinyt linjalla 301 Hervantajärven ja Lintuhytin välillä marraskuusta 2025 lähtien. Kesäkuusta 2026 alkaen robottibussi on liikennöinyt ilman kyydissä olevaa turvakuljettajaa etävalvonnan alaisena.
Miksi tämä kysely toteutetaan?
Ennen robottibussiliikenteen käynnistymistä syksyllä 2025 toteutimme alueen asukkaille kyselyn robottibusseihin liittyvistä näkemyksistä ja asenteista. Nyt toteutamme seurantakyselyn selvittääksemme, ovatko kokemukset ja näkemykset muuttuneet robottibussiliikenteen käynnistymisen jälkeen. Toivomme mahdollisimman monen alueen asukkaan osallistuvan kyselyyn riippumatta siitä, vastasitko aiempaan asukaskyselyyn tai robottibussissa toteutettuun matkustajakyselyyn.

Resident Follow-Up Survey: Assessing Perceptions and Experiences of the Autonomous Shuttle Bus
The survey is being conducted as part of the European Union-funded metaCCAZE project (https://www.metaccaze-project.eu/), which aims to improve mobility in European cities by providing innovative electric, automated and connected solutions for both passengers and goods. In Tampere, the project is currently piloting autonomous public transport services.
The robot bus has been operating on Route 301 between Hervantajärvi and Lintuhytti since November 2025. Since June 2026, the robot bus has been operating without an on-board safety driver and is remotely monitored and supervised from a control centre.
Why is this survey being conducted?
Before the autonomous shuttle service was launched in autumn 2025, we conducted a survey of local residents to examine their views and attitudes towards autonomous shuttle buses. We are now conducting a follow-up survey to determine whether residents’ experiences, attitudes and perceptions have changed since the launch of the service.
We encourage as many local residents as possible to participate, regardless of whether you responded to the previous resident survey or the passenger survey conducted on board the autonomous shuttle bus.
