Quadstick:
QuadStick is a mouth-operated gaming controller. Depending on the model, it features one to four tubes through which different key commands can be given by sipping or puffing. Sipping or puffing can be done simultaneously on different tubes, expanding the range of key commands. Additionally, the mouthpiece can be moved 360 degrees, functioning as a joystick to control game characters, for example.
